CO2-H2S对X65管线钢腐蚀行为研究

- 摘要:针对油田管线中存在的CO2-H2S腐蚀现象,通过高温高压反应釜来模拟油田集输系统腐蚀环境,采用挂片失重法,运用单因素影响实验,测定了不同原油含水率、温度、H2S分压、CO2分压条件下对X65钢的腐蚀行为,得到含水率低于70%时,腐蚀速率呈缓慢增加趋势,含水率高于70%时,腐蚀速率急速增加,随后增加趋势缓慢;随着温度的上升,腐蚀速率先大幅上升后缓慢降低,在80℃左右出现极大值,且含水率越低整体腐蚀速率越低,出现腐蚀速率极大值的温度值发生前移;随着H2S分压的增加,微量H2S对腐蚀有抑制作用,腐蚀速率先略有下降随后出现大幅上升;随着CO2分压的增加,腐蚀速率整体增速缓慢。最后,对不同分压比条件下的腐蚀产物进行了电镜扫描和能谱分析,验证了腐蚀机理,结果可为今后管道选材和寿命评估提供理论基础。
Abstract: in view of the existing in the oil field pipeline of CO2 and H2S corrosion phenomenon, through the high temperature and high pressure reaction kettle to simulate oilfield gathering system corrosion environment, use the method of bolt, using the single factor experiment, measuring the ratios of different crude oil moisture content, temperature, H2S partial pressure, CO2 partial pressure under the condition of corrosion behavior, moisture content is below 70%, corrosion rate showed a trend of increase slowly, when moisture content is higher than 70%, a sharp increase in corrosion rate then increases slowly; With the rise of temperature, the corrosion rate rises sharply first and then decreases slowly, with a maximum value around 80℃, and the lower the moisture content, the lower the overall corrosion rate is, and the temperature value of the maximum corrosion rate shifts forward. With the increase of H2S partial pressure, trace H2S has an inhibiting effect on corrosion, and the corrosion rate first decreases slightly and then increases significantly. With the increase of CO2 partial pressure, the corrosion rate increases slowly. Finally, the corrosion mechanism was verified by sem and energy spectrum analysis, which can provide a theoretical basis for the material selection and life evaluation of pipeline in the future.
